Credits, Desktop, and how Dokpod works with your AI editor.

How do credits work?▾
You buy prepaid credits (minimum $5). Each file you index debits your wallet based on type: video by the minute, images per file, documents by size. Unused balance stays on your account.
What do I get free?▾
New accounts get $5 in starter credits once. That balance does not renew. When it is gone, top up or subscribe to Pro. Pro includes much more usage than spending the same amount on credits.
Do credits expire?▾
No. Prepaid credit balances do not expire while your account remains open.
What about Desktop / Local?▾
Dokpod Desktop Local is a 14-day free trial, then a $49 one-time license. A license bought earlier for $10 stays valid. Indexing and search stay on your machine.
Need Custom limits?▾
Contact support@dokpod.io for higher limits, dedicated hosting, and custom setups.
How do affiliates work?▾
